Sideris Draganidis

I am a PhD in Law candidate at the University of Strathclyde. I hold my first degree in Law (LL.B Hons) from the University of Aberdeen and a Master’s degree (LL.M in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law) from the University of Strathclyde. I have also a 10-year working experience as a practising lawyer in Greece.
Current responsibilities and affiliations
I am a lawyer in Greece and member of the Kilkis Bar Association since 2009. I am also a member of the Centre for Internet Law & Policy (University of Strathclyde).
Current research interests
My research interests include Information Technology, Regulation, financial law in general, and regulatory issues involving cryptoassets and public international law. Currently, my research focuses on regulation and related policy, at national, regional and, particularly, international level, for cryptoassets.
