Sartika Nanda Lestari

Sartika is a Ph.D. student at the School of Law, University of Aberdeen. She obtained her
undergraduate degree in Law (2010) from Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia and hold a double degree LLM in Intellectual Property from the National University Malaysia, Malaysia and
Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia (2012). Currently, Sartika worked as a lecturer in
Universitas Diponegoro specialising in intellectual property rights. She has written about
intellectual property issues including copyright and music, patents and the pharmaceutical
sector. At present, her Ph.D. research is about intellectual property rights: a critical analysis of the effective protection of traditional knowledge and traditional cultural expressions regimes in
Indonesia
