Eduardo Orozco

Eduardo Orozco is a PhD candidate in Law at the University of Messina (Italy) in a joint doctorate program with the University of Castilla La Mancha (Spain) where he is developing a study based on the M&A regulation of an intangible asset from the perspective of antitrust and international taxation law. Since 2020 he is a member of “Centro Internacional de Estudios Fiscales” (CIEF) based in Toledo (Spain). He currently collaborates with the transfer pricing department of “Grupo Camacho Internacional” San José (Costa Rica).
During the summer 2022 he is a visiting researcher at the Strathclyde Centre for Internet Law and Policy (SCILP).

Eduardo’s research interests include digital economy, antitrust law, and transfer pricing.
