Dr. Florence Thépot

Florence Thépot is a lecturer in Competition Law, and a CREATe associate since 2015. Her field of teaching and research is the law and economics of competition; and is the author of the book ‘the Interaction between Competition Law and Corporate Governance’ (CUP, 2019). She also has a particular interest on the challenges brought by digital markets to the application of competition law, as well as on questions of innovation and consumer welfare in the digital era of the creative industry.
