Dr Jiarong Zhang

Jiarong is an assistant professor in intellectual property and information law at Trinity College Dublin (University of Dublin). She completed her PhD at the University of Glasgow School of Law and the CREATe Centre. She gained an LL.M. by Research degree in intellectual property law at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and an LL.B. at Nankai University. Her research interests include music copyright, intellectual property law and emerging technologies, data protection, cultural property, and intellectual property history. Alongside her research, Jiarong is a qualified lawyer in China.
