Dr Benjamin Clubbs Coldron

Co-ordinating Board of SCOTLIN

Dr Benjamin Clubbs Coldron is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow employed full time on the "From Smart Technologies to Smart Consumer Laws" project at the University of Stirling, in collaboration with the universities of Warwick, Bonn, and Osnabrueck. He comes from a recent post coordinating the CPM Diabetes with the University of Highlands and Islands looking at reducing avoidable admissions to hospitals. He studied Law, Research Methods and a PhD in Mental Health and Wellbeing (https://ethos.bl.uk/OrderDetails.do?uin=uk.bl.ethos.830341) at the University of Nottingham before becoming a postdoctoral researcher. His research interests include empowerment, consumer law, mental health law and policy, human rights, political theory, epistemology, pedagogy and disability rights.
