Dr Alisdair MacPherson is a Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Aberdeen. He is a qualified solicitor and notary public in Scotland (currently non-practising). His research interests include secured transactions, insolvency law, property law and corporate finance law, including with reference to the interface of these areas with digital assets.
