David Murphy

David is an in-house life sciences lawyer working as a corporate counsel for a global contract research organisation and is responsible for providing legal advice in relation to clinical trials. He also serves as part of the Law Society of Scotland’s Intellectual Property and Health & Medical Law committees. He is particularly interested in the relationship between intellectual property law and innovation in the context of the life sciences sector.
