Camilla Della Giustina

Camilla Della Giustina is a Ph.D. candidate in Law at Campania University, Luigi Vanvitelli, Italy. She holds a Juris Doctor cum laude at the University of Padova Law School. She is a full qualified lawyer in Italy.
Her research interests mainly relate to human rights (autonomous vehicles, privacy, cryonics) and business law (i.e., employment law, banking law and corporate law).
She is the author of more than fifty peer-reviewed research papers, chapters in edited books and books, in both English and Italian. She is also the author of two monographs.
